Cancellation and refund policies:
Please understand that our policies are established to account for the fact it is often very difficult to refill places at short notice, doing so forces us to absorb significant losses over a year.
Workshop/Class Cancellation (before course start):
Due to limited places, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your place on a workshop or class you must do so 28 days before it starts to receive a full refund/guarantee transfer or reschedule. This gives us the opportunity to try fill the class. Cancellation must be via email. If you wish to cancel/reschedule your place less than 28 days before the workshop, we can only offer a refund/transfer of 50% of the value. We cannot offer a workshop refund/reschedule with less than 14 days notice, or after it has taken place.
Class cancellations/refunds (once course has begun):
We are unable to offer refunds once you have begun your sessions. We may occasionally, at our discretion, be able to offer alternative solutions - as all instances are unique, please contact via email in the case you are unable to carry on.
Any instances where we do offer rescheduling must be completed within 1 year of the original class/ workshop.
If you must cancel please email enquiries@lancasterpotterystudio.com as soon as possible.
If we cancel your course/workshop:
If we have to cancel a course for any reason, then you will receive a full refund, and where possible, we will give you notice at least 5 days in advance. If the course has already begun, you will be reimbursed for the remaining, undelivered sessions, if alternative arrangements cannot be satisfactorily made to reschedule for both parties.
