Cancellation and refund policies:

Please understand that our policies are established to account for the fact it is often very difficult to refill places at short notice, doing so forces us to absorb significant losses over a year while we try to accommodate.

Workshop/Class Cancellation (before course start):

Due to limited places, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your place on a workshop or class you must do so at least 14 days before it starts to receive a full refund/guarantee transfer or reshcedule. This gives us the opportunity to try fill the class. Cancellation must be via email. If you wish to cancel/reschedule your place less than 14 days before the workshop, we can only offer a refund/transfer of 50% of the value. We cannot offer a workshop refund/reschedule within 48 hours of the session, or after it has taken place.


Class cancellations/refunds (once course has begun):
 

We are unable to offer refunds once you have begun your sessions. If you are unable to carry on with the rest of your sessions once you've begun, for health reasons or other exceptional circumstances, we will try to come up with a solution and we may offer (at our discretion) to transfer the remaining value to a future workshop/class in the form of a voucher. As all instances are unique, please contact via email in the case you are unable to carry on.


Exceptional Circumstances:

If you must cancel at short notice due to exceptional circumstances please email enquiries@lancasterpotterystudio.com and we will navigate a solution/rescheduling.

If we cancel your course/workshop:

If we have to cancel a course for any reason, then you will receive a full refund, and where possible, we will give you notice at least 5 days in advance. If the course has already begun, you will be reimbursed for the remaining, undelivered sessions, if alternative arrangements cannot be satisfactorily made to reschedule for both parties.
