We now offer a postal service for pots, for people unable to make our collection times.

We have all of the uncollected workshop and class pots made in the studio since we opened in 2019. We hope that this new service will help them reunite with their creators and stop them gathering dust in the Studio.

There is a flat rate for postage which covers finding your pots, packaging them and shipping.

(This covers up to 2kg of pottery per parcel. If for some reason there is more than this we will contact you separately. This should account for approximately 2 peoples workshop pots/ 1 persons class pots)

All pots will be send Royal Mail 2nd class, and will be packaged in wrapping materials with ‘fragile’ tape on the parcel. 

We do not accept any liability for pots lost or damaged during shipping. 

Please include the date (as precisely as you can) and the full names of anyone whose pots you need shipping in the notes of this order. Please also specify if they were made in a one-off workshop or 6-week class. 

NORTHERN DESIGN FESTIVAL TILES: there is a cheaper rate of £5 for shipping tiles made as part of the NDF tile workshop - they will be wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in envelopes marked ‘fragile’ please specify how many tiles need sending and what names are written on them in the order notes. If you need your tiles shipped internationally please email. 

NOTE: if your pots are more than 2 years old there may be a delay as we need to find them in our storage.
