In this 2-hour session participants are taken through the basics of operating an electric potters wheel and will learn to produce a few small pots for later collection. Each participant will be operating their own wheel.

Pieces will be fired and glazed by the studio technician for collection 4-6 weeks after the session (This is to accommodate drying times, kiln firings [several days each] glazing and fitting into normal studio wares firing rotations). This is a great session for anyone who wants to try out the wheel before joining a class or just for a bit of fun and keep the pots they've made. The firing and glazing of up to 4 pots are included in this session. Additional pieces can be purchased on the day for £2/pot.
