Family Fun: Clay story puppets 7th March
Family Fun: Clay story puppets 7th March
7th March 11am-12pm
Join us on the Saturday after World Book Day to create your very own pair of clay finger puppets.
These puppets will be built of flat clay slabs and decorated using under glazes. the session will last 1 hour. We will have a number of generic templates available but feel free to bring in your favourite book if you’d like to use it as inspiration for your characters.
Note: all children must be accompanied by an adult but that adult does not need to buy a place unless they want to make a puppet pair.
Suitable for all ages and for beginners, this session is aimed at younger primary aged children. We are also hosting a ‘build your own book ends’ workshop in the afternoon which may be of more interest to children and adults aged 10 years +
Finished pieces will be fired and glazed for collection 6-weeks after the workshop.
