An Olla is an unglazed terracotta pot which is buried in the soil amongst your plants. When it is filled with water it slowly seeps through the walls of the pot to the roots of the plants, acting as a slow, efficient and ancient irrigation technique.

Join our workshop on Wednesday 3rd of June 6.00-8.00pm and make your own olla pot with a lid to use in your garden or allotment. During this 2-hour workshop you will be guided through the process of making your own pot using coil building techniques. 

The finished pots will be dried and fired at the studio ready for collection 4 weeks after the workshop.

Please note terracotta can stain clothes and shoes, please dress appropriately.
